During training and exercises, athletes may encounter a serious problem: dehydration. This happens when one lacks fluids, and even those who are not active in sports can suffer from it. Water, of course, is the first choice of remedy for dehydration. Since athletes are more active and are exerting a lot of additional energy, they should never forget to take a lot of fluids to prevent dehydration.
