The Spa Resort Chiang Mai is about 30 minutes outside of Chiang Mai in a lovely rural valley surrounded by rice fields and rolling green mountains. The resort is on a beautiful sprawling property that was once a mango orchard. There are poolside rooms, and villas for accommodation. The Radiance Restaurant is one of the main features of the resort. They offer vegetarian, vegan, and an extensive raw food menu. Much of the ingredients come from their own organic farm. Also Raw food classes are available.

The Spa Resorts in Thailand opened in 1992 on Koh Samui. They have now expanded to four locations in Thailand, two on Samui, one on Koh Chang, and their latest and most comprehensive resort in Chiang Mai. The Spa Resorts offered the first detox/colon cleansing programs in Thailand and have served thousands of guests from around the world over the past 18 years.

The traditional Thai herbal steam room that uses 32 herbs, a Far Sauna and an outdoor nature shower, which are all part of The Bamboo Spa. The Bamboo Spa provides Classic Thai massage, oil massage, facials, body wraps, and Turbo sonic & Power Plate vibrational exercise equipment.

So many things to keep you busy all day. They have yoga classes in an extraordinary yoga sala. The sala is a spacious open-air grass roof octagon with incredible views of the surrounding valley and mountains. Meditation classes are also done in the sala. In addition they offer Pilates, Reiki classes, and Qi gong classes. There are 2 Swimming pools, a jogging exercise circuit, a tennis court, and putting green.
