There was a time when our forefathers lived quite a healthy lifestyle. They were stronger, they were more agile, they did not fall ill so often. Their life involved far more exercise and less idling. That made them very strong and kept them going.
Now fast forward to the 21st century. Our lifestyles have completely changed thanks to the progress we have made technologically. We are more lazier and have too many things to do that we do not have time to do anything else.
Do you find yourself in this situation? Well, I did. I was working more than 40 hours a week trying to raise a family of 5. I had no time at all. No time for myself, no time for my kids, no time for my husband. I returned from work so tired that I could barely sit down with my family to discuss their day.
What was it that I did for work? I was working doing data entry jobs. I have sit a lot to do my work. I sit mostly all day at work. Not an easy job by any means but the sitting meant less exercise or no exercise at all. All I did was get up, get dressed and drive myself to work. No exercise whatsoever. I put on so much weight I was ashamed to visit my local stores. I couldn’t even take my kids out during my off days.
It was time to do something about my situation. But what? I thought hard about it. I knew there were so many diet programs out there that promised to help you lose weight quickly. But I did not have any one who had successfully used any of such program. Out of sheer luck, a friend of mine happened to be secretly using a program that was helping her lose weight. She told me about it and said it was name Body Gospel. I was not sure if I heard right. Body gospel, I muttered.

I was enthused about what my friend showed me. How bad could it be? I asked myself.
Here was a program that was going to help me lose weight and get into shape; and that was all going to be accomplished by working out to the tune of great gospel music specially selected with great videos that lead me along a work-out routine! I would be having fun and losing weight at the same time. I signed up and purchased my own set of the Body Gospel program and I was able to lose 40 pounds! I feel happy about myself again.
